When you join FitClub and the 42 Day Shred, I'll literally remove all the guesswork you typically have to do with other programs - and I give you a complete detailed program of exactly which steps you need to take to get amazing results in just 8 weeks.

  • I have not worked out in a while, will I survive the workouts?

Absolutely! We have all different fitness levels in our classes and will have modifications ready for you in case you need them.

There are 2 options for you depending on where you live and what fits your schedule.


Option 1: Roswell FitClub in Roswell, Ga

If you live in Roswell or close by, this is for you!

Group Training Times:

Mon thru Fri at 6am, 9:30am

Mon thru Thurs at 6pm

Sat at 8:30am

*More times can be added through request and 1-1 sessions can be scheduled during non group training times.




Option 2: Anywhere In The World

The FitClub 8 Week Challenge can be actually be done with great success form anywhere. You will get access to online workouts if you can't attend in-person.


You'll be able to do the workouts with a pair of dumbbells or a full gym.
